Canon upgrades two of its most popular and well-known L series lenses, and is now launching the EF 70-200mm f / 4L IS II USM and EF 70-200mm f / 2.8L IS III USM. For many years, both models have been important instrument for professional photographers and photo enthusiasts. Y a t il une chance pour que le poids diminue ?????
Pour pas cher, j’ai acheté un Tamron 70-200 2.8 version -2 (environ 600 euros). L’autofocus est bruyant et pas très rapide mais pas si lourd pour un 2.8. Bon c’est quand même encombrant à emmener….
Je ne pensais vraiment pas que ce genre d’objectif était si agréable à utiliser et avec un superbe rendu. Le mien n’a pas couté cher, et il me va parfaitement. Je comprends enfin pourquoi les pros aiment cette gamme de focale.
Oui, le 70-200 mm on l’essaye… et on ne peut plus s’en passer !
Dommage que Canon ne sortent pas une mise à jour des 50mmf1.4 (surtout) et un 85mmf1.8
Oui, en effet ! Mais cela viendra je suppose…
On a eu récemment un 35 mm, un 85 mm f/1.4, etc…
Un gros gros gros point pour Canon : MSRP du f/2.8 III 2099$ ; MSRP du Nikon FL : 2799$
Gabarits et poids équivalents (à 3mm près en longueur et 10g).
Donc Canon frappe un très gros coup avec ce III… si les promesses sur l’amélioration de performances sont tenues. Il faudra impérativement pour leur flagship : pas de focus breathing (ça arrive même aux meilleurs) et homogène et piqué (le II était piqué au centre et pas trop mal sur les bords).
Mais sur le principe, agréablement surpris par le prix très raisonnable pour un best-seller. Et vu que c’est potentiellement le dernier 70-200 pour les dix ans à venir sur la monture Canon, ça en dit long sur la durabilité de la monture Canon reflex. (J’imagine qu’ils vont aller à fond sur le mirrorless.)
